October 6th-9th

Monday through Wednesday: 8:30-11am, 1-5pm, & 6-8:30pm

Thursday: 8:30-11am & 1-3pm

Once dismissed as a forgery, the Shroud now tells a story woven through science, history, and faith:

  • Once privately owned until 1983, when it was gifted to the Pope

  • A full timeline tracing its movement through history

  • Carbon-14 testing shown to be flawed, having sampled a cotton repair patch rather than the original linen

  • Pollen spores unique to Jerusalem embedded in the cloth

  • A photographic negative revealing the image of a crucified man bearing wounds identical to those of Jesus

  • Blood analysis confirming both premortem and postmortem blood, type AB, from a Semitic male

  • Every wound precisely aligning with the Gospel accounts, even the three-inch spear wound between the ribs

  • A University of Turin study estimating only a 1 in 200 billion chance that the man of the Shroud is anyone other than Jesus of Nazareth

From October 6th through the 9th, our lobby will feature a Shroud of Turin Exhibit Experience that will be on display free to the public. (Monday through Wednesday: 8:30-11am, 1-5pm, & 6-8:30pm | Thursday: 8:30-11am & 1-3pm) including:

  • A life-size replica of the Shroud of Turin

  • Replicas of the crown of thorns, Roman nails, and flagrum (whip)

  • A 3D printed model of a 1st-century tomb

  • Over 30 infographic panels walking you through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ
